We want you to love your watch! That’s why we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy.

To qualify for a return, the watch must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Eligible returns may be exchanged or refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the item is inspected. If your purchase involved a trade-in or you prefer an exchange, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Important Notes:

• Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
• Watches that show signs of wear, damage, or modification cannot be accepted.
• If any accessories are missing or the watch is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply, or the return may be declined.
